I received three different Ezviz home security cameras to test out for our home. As a mom of one little boy, that lives in the country, having our home safe is a must. I want to be able to monitor what my son is doing in his bedroom when I am in the kitchen fixing dinner, know who is coming up the drive and more. We live in a scary world, and making sure we are protected as much as possible helps me breathe a little easier.
I got the Mini Plus, Mini 360 Plus, and the Husky for indoor and outdoor to try out. I was a little nervous I might struggle to set them up, but I was shocked to find how easy it was. Within probably 10 minutes I had all three of the security cameras synced up to my phone through the app you download. You can stream video straight to your phone, which is so nice to be able to do.
Home Security Cameras to Keep An Eye On What’s Going On
My husband went to work one day and was two towns away, and I had asked him to log in to the app and see if he could stream video from our living room. Sure enough, he could, and it even allowed him to talk to us through the Mini Plus security camera. I loved that feature. He was talking to my son, he could hear us and we could hear him! It records in 1080p and will send all the video to your phone or computer to watch!
Each camera is pretty small in size, so you can easily tuck it in a corner of a room and no one will probably even know what it is. I love that the Husky can be used for indoor or outdoor. We actually hooked it up outdoors, so we can view our driveway. That way if we see a mail carrier coming, a guest, or a stranger pulling up to our home we can monitor it.
I keep our house locked up during the day, and sometimes we get random people that show up asking to paint our home, a roof to our shop, etc. Being alone with just my son, sometimes I don’t feel comfortable opening the door to strangers, so I can ask them what they need through the camera. It makes it a safer option for me, and I can still talk to them if they need something. Or if my son is napping and we get a package delivered, I can tell them to leave by the door and I will get when he wakes up.
Overall I couldn’t be happier with this line of security cameras. They offer wire-free, wi-fi, outdoor, indoor, wired kits and more. You can go and order online and hook up their products quickly and have your home protected in no time!
