Life of a Southern Mom recently had the chance to work with Cherryvale Farms to review their products. Cherryvale Farms is family owned business founded by Michael and Marsha Rosenberg and their daughter Lindsey Rosenberg. At Cherryvale Farms they provide organic baking mixes for home cooks including quick breads, brownies and muffins made with real nuts, vegetables and fruit.
Baking can be time consuming, but we all enjoy a great tasting baked good whether it be bread, muffins or brownies. They have six different flavors that you can choose from and I was able to sample each one to be able to make them for my family. The flavors that they have to offer are: Banana Bread Mix, Pumpkin Spice Bread Mix, Blueberry Muffin Mix, Chocolate Brownie Mix, Cornbread Mix and Apple Streusel Muffin Mix.
The things you need to add to each of these is as follows:
Banana Bread: Bananas, Oil & Water
Pumpkin Spice Bread: Pumpkin Puree, Oil & Water
Blueberry Muffins: Fresh or Frozen Blueberries, Butter & Water
Chocolate Brownies: Walnuts (or your fav nut), Butter & Water
Cornbread: Fresh/Frozen or Canned Corn, Butter & Water
Apple Streusel Muffins: Apples, Oil & Water
Food is one of the easiest way to bring people together. It gets conversations flowing and you get to show off your skills in the kitchen at the same time. There is nothing quite as inviting as the smell of baked goods coming from the oven. All of these mixes are super easy. You only need to add a few more ingredients to each one to have that homemade taste.
I love being able to add just a few ingredients and bake.
These blueberry muffins came out tasting delicious. I have never tasted a fresh blueberry muffin as good as this one. It has a hint of cinnamon flavor, very moist and the chucks of fresh blueberries just makes it that much better. This is by far our families favorite and will be purchasing more mix for future muffins.
As you can see, making these recipes is as easy as adding three ingredients to the mix. Of course you can add your own flair to any of these by looking at other addition ideas on their website. Check out the endless possibilities for add-ins here for all of the mixes. Some examples are putting peanut butter into the brownies or maybe some cheese and jalapenos into your cornbread. Yum!

These mixes make it so easy for you to get that from scratch taste without all that from scratch time with putting everything together.
